aptus trainer
I have been a Personal Trainer since 2012 and have worked with clients from 30 to 80 years of age for a variety of reasons that include:
- Assisting people with their training throughout their breast cancer treatments including chemotherapy and before and after breast reconstruction surgery.
- Pre diabetic clients with high cholesterol and high blood pressure wanting to improve blood markers and lose weight.
- Athletes like Marathon runners wanting to finish under 4 hours, Oxfam Trail walkers of 100km and Half Ironmen wanting to recover better after training.
- Prehab/Rehab for clients and improving their ankles/knees/hips/shoulders/spine.
- Supporting people in Midlife (age 35 to 65) with exercise/ nutrition/ lifestyle interventions and educating women about Perimenopause/Post Menopause.
- For over 2 years I have worked with people diagnosed with early onset of Dementia.
If you have an event in mind that you are preparing for, let me guide you with a training plan and recovery program to prevent overtraining or common problems.
