My name is Peter Dale and I am the owner and head coach of Metamorphfit, a Melbourne-based fitness business founded in 2024 providing both in person and online personal training and coaching services in Australia and abroad.
I am a fitness trainer who is extremely passionate about the fitness industry. I am highly experienced and have been involved in fitness since the age of 15, having competed and won in bodybuilding at the national level in Australia.
I believe that to become the best version of yourself in fitness, two fundamental aspects are essential: intensity and consistency. Many people begin their fitness journey with good intentions but fail to reach their goals because they don’t meet the required intensity (pushing to near failure during exercise) or consistency (training frequently enough each week to achieve the desired results).
However, fitness is more than just about intensity and consistency. It’s also about performing effective exercises, using the right amount of weight and repetitions, and making adjustments as necessary. This is because we all have individual differences, including genetic, biological, and lifestyle factors such as nutrition and sleep. To achieve your fitness goals, you need to balance effective exercise with consideration of these individual differences. Fitness outcomes are not a 'one size fits all' approach.
